Article 1 — Purpose
These terms define the conditions under which the Provider supplies guided wine-hiking services to Customers. Confirming an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

These terms of sale govern the relationship between [Guide / company name] (the « Provider ») and any person (the « Customer ») booking a service via the lessentiersduvain.fr website.
These terms define the conditions under which the Provider supplies guided wine-hiking services to Customers. Confirming an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.
The Provider offers guided wine-region hikes including tastings, led by a professional guide. The characteristics of each hike (duration, distance, price, meeting point) are detailed on the relevant page at the moment of booking.
Hikes are open from 1 adult and limited to 12 participants per group. Children are welcome under the conditions stated on the « Practical info » page.
Prices are stated in euros, taxes included. The Provider reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied is the one in force when the order is confirmed.
A group discount of [X]% applies automatically from [N] participants per booking.
Booking is exclusively online via the website. Payment is due in full at the time of booking, by credit/debit card, through the secure Stripe platform. No banking data is stored by the Provider.
Upon confirmation, the Customer receives an email containing the booking reference and practical details. Places are guaranteed only after payment confirmation.
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services supplied on a specific date or schedule. As a result, no refund will be made in the event of cancellation by the Customer.
A credit voucher equivalent to the amount paid will be issued under the conditions described in the « Voucher policy ».
The Provider reserves the right to cancel a hike in the event of force majeure (dangerous weather, injury, etc.) or insufficient participants. In that case, the Customer is offered a reschedule, or failing that, a full refund.
The Customer agrees to come with appropriate equipment (hiking shoes, water, suitable clothing). The guide may refuse the participation of anyone whose equipment, condition, or behavior compromises group safety.
The Provider holds professional liability insurance. Liability cannot be engaged for accidents resulting from a Customer's breach of safety instructions or unfit physical condition.
Tastings involve moderate, considered consumption. Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health; please drink responsibly. No alcohol is served to minors. The Customer remains responsible for their return after the activity.
Data collected at booking is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The Customer has rights of access, rectification, and erasure, exercisable by email at contact@lessentiersduvain.fr.
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will systematically be sought before any court action. Failing that, the Customer may refer the matter to the consumer mediator listed in the legal notice. French courts have sole jurisdiction.
