For leisure services sold on a fixed date, the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code). We offer a voucher system so an unexpected event never erases the desire for a getaway.
Issuance conditions
A voucher is issued by the guide at the request of a Customer who has cancelled, regardless of the reason (subject to reasonable notice).
The voucher amount equals the amount paid for the cancelled booking, including any amount previously paid with another voucher.
Validity
Each voucher is valid for twelve (12) months from its issue date. After that period, the voucher expires and can no longer be used.
Code format
Each voucher is identified by a unique code in the form SDV-XXXX-YYYY (e.g. SDV-LX9K-AB4C). The code is sent to the Customer by email at issuance.
Use
The voucher code is entered during a new booking, in the dedicated field of the cart page. It may cover all or part of the amount due:
- If the voucher amount exceeds the booking total, the remainder stays on the code and remains usable within its validity period.
- If the voucher amount is lower than the booking total, the difference is paid by card.
- Only one voucher code may be used per booking.
Non-transferable, non-refundable
Vouchers are nominative (linked to the initial Customer's email) but may be gifted to a third party, simply share the code. Vouchers cannot be refunded in cash under any circumstances.
Cancellation by the guide
If the guide cancels (weather, force majeure, etc.), the Customer may choose between a reschedule, a voucher, or a full refund if no alternative suits.
