Practical information

A few marginal notes so the day stays gentle from start to finish, gathered by the guide season after season.

  1. Arrival & pace

Please arrive ten minutes before the start. Stated durations are approximate — not everyone walks at the same pace, and that's how it should be. The meeting point is shared at booking and may change at the last minute due to weather or vineyard treatments.

  2. Equipment

Closed hiking shoes are required. Bring water, a light jacket, and why not a small appetite: the snack is on us.

  3. Groups & events

Public hikes stay deliberately small: twelve people maximum, so everyone gets time with the guide. For a birthday, a hen/stag party, a corporate offsite or any private event, write to us directly — we'll build a tailored itinerary.

  4. Language & estates

Explanations are given in French only. The list of estates visited on each hike is detailed on its page.

  5. If you must cancel

No refunds are possible (fixed-date leisure service). If something comes up, an equivalent credit voucher is issued, valid for 12 months and usable in one or several future bookings. Conversely, the guide may cancel up to twenty-four hours before departure (weather, safety) — a voucher is then issued automatically.
